Frame.io Is Now an Adobe Company

A few weeks ago we announced our intent to join forces with Adobe. I’m excited to tell you that the deal is officially closed.

As of today, Frame.io is now an Adobe company.

I’d like to thank our backers at Accel, Firstmark, SignalFire, Insight, and Itai Tsiddon for believing in us. Then there’s our amazing global community of customers, supporters, partners, and employees. I want to sincerely thank each and every one of you.

The world of video is seeing explosive growth, making our vision of building a cloud-first platform for video creation more important than ever. Frame.io enables every stakeholder, no matter where they are, to participate in the creative process.

Working with Adobe, we look forward to creating improved experiences that make cloud-first collaboration even more frictionless than it is today. Our joint mission will be to create experiences that get more users onto our shared platform. We’ll continue to support a broad ecosystem of workflows, including integration with third-party NLEs and applications such as Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and AVID Media Composer.

We have a bold vision for the future. We’re looking forward to sharing it with you over the coming months and years.
